Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)



Please forward your order confirmation email to or drop us a message on Facebook Messenger with your order number to get an update on your delivery. As we work with third-party delivery partners, we appreciate your patience in getting an update from them.

While checking out, you can let us know via “Special Instructions" on what to do if you're not at home to accept your delivery. Some customers prefer leaving their boxes with security guards, or even with a trusted neighbour! Our partner couriers will also communicate with you to find an arrangement that works.

We currently only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays, but are working on daily delivery when business picks up. We deliver island-wide, however there may be certain places that our third party couriers may not deliver to; like Army camps and certain locations like Sentosa island, of which, they may impose additional surcharge. All our orders are sent via these third-party courier providers, on the 2 days mentioned earlier.

Rest assured, our third-party courier partners will only send deliveries to you during working hours.
However, orders must be placed before 12pm for us to arrange your shipment to the nearest assigned day (eg. For a Friday delivery, the latest time you must place your order has got to be before 12pm on Thursday, else it will only arrive on the following Tuesday) .
We outsource our delivery to a third party and thus have no control over what they charge their clients. If you want to save some money on courier fees, do indicate that you will pick up your items at our shop when you are checking out from our website and there will be no shipment charges or another way will be to spend above S$300 and Piore will absorb the delivery costs.
After you have selected to self collect your purchase during the checkout process on our website, you can proceed to collect your items from our store the next day (Please call before you drop by). Also, do be mindful of our shop's operating hours.
You can pay via Paynow or Cash (Only for Self Collection)



Depending on the product category, the shelf life ranges. The expiry date is written at the back of each packet. However for cashews, the shelf life is 6 months when it has not been opened.
